Terms of use

This is a translation for convenience. If there is any difference, the Portuguese version prevails.
In a nutshell: Farmteia is free. Doubloons are optional: they only work inside the game and can't be turned into money. If you bought some and changed your mind, we refund you within 7 days, as long as the doubloons haven't been spent yet.
Who offers the game
Farmteia is a game by Valefy (Valefy Desenvolvimento de Software Não Customizável Ltda., Brazilian company registration CNPJ 68.040.499/0001-02). For anything about the game, purchases or these terms, write to contato@valefy.app.
Your account
- To play, you sign in with an account (Google, or email and password). Your farm and your doubloons are kept in it.
- Take care of your password: anything done in your account counts as done by you.
- Children play with an account created by a parent or guardian, and purchases must be made or approved by them.
- You can delete your account whenever you want, in Settings → Account. Any doubloons in it are lost along with it.
Doubloons
- Doubloons are the game's special currency. They're used for the Market's exclusive items and to continue, double or skip jobs. You can also earn doubloons by playing: from daily tasks, the daily gift, achievements and levels.
- They're a virtual item: they have no value outside Farmteia, and they can't be exchanged for money or moved to another account.
- What you can buy with doubloons, and how much it costs, may change with game updates.
How to buy
- The doubloon packs are in the game, priced in Brazilian reais (R$). You pay by Pix (Brazil's instant payment system) or card on the page of Asaas, the Brazilian payment institution that processes the purchases; the game never sees or stores your card details.
- The doubloons arrive in your account as soon as Asaas confirms the payment, usually within a few seconds. If the game is closed, they arrive the next time you open it.
- If the payment was confirmed and the doubloons haven't arrived within 24 hours, write to contato@valefy.app with your account's email and the payment receipt.
Changing your mind and refunds
- You can cancel a purchase within 7 days after paying (Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, art. 49). We refund the amount paid if the doubloons from that purchase haven't been spent yet; when we refund, they're removed from your account.
- To ask for a refund, write to contato@valefy.app from your account's email. The money goes back the same way you paid.
- Double charges, purchases you didn't make, or mistakes on our side are refunded at any time.
Fair play
Don't use programs, bots or bugs in the game to gain an advantage, generate doubloons or overload the service. Accounts that do this may be suspended, and any doubloons obtained this way may be taken back.
The service
The game gets updates and may be offline for a while for maintenance. If Farmteia ever shuts down, we'll let you know in the game well in advance.
Privacy
What the game keeps about you is in the privacy policy.
Changes
When these terms change, the date at the top changes too. If the change is a big one, the game will let you know.
